Shipping Policy
Shipping Fulfillment:
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Due to partnering with a 3rd party production partner for many of our products, free shipping over a certain threshold is no longer sustainable for our business.
That being said, if you spend $50 (after discounts) on products shipped from AbstractbyRabrams HQ and want free shipping, please reach out at hello@abstractbyrabrams.com with a screenshot of the whole cart so we can verify cart size after any discounts and that there are no 3rd party fulfillment items and I will provide a code for free shipping.
Products that ship from AbstractbyRabrams HQ will have the following shipping profiles:
USPS First Class (No Tracking)
USPS Ground Advantage
Priority shipping is not currently something offered, but if you are interested, please reach out and we will get it worked out. Please note, we will not offer priority shipping on any free shipping items.
Damages:
If you receive a shipment that is damaged please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the package. Include pictures of the damaged packaging as well as product and we will work to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

A: Some products are made to order with fulfillment partners. Those order (with the exception of the all over shopping bag) should be delivered within 7 days of being fulfilled. Q: How do products ship from AbstractbyRabrams HQ?
A: Products that ship from AbstractbyRabrams HQ are usually shipped USPS ground. Exceptions are for large orders where UPS Ground FedEx Ground might be less expensive
