Shipping Policy
Shipping Fulfillment:
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Due to partnering with a 3rd party production partner for many of our products, free shipping over a certain threshold is no longer sustainable for our business.
That being said, if you spend $50 (after discounts) on products shipped from AbstractbyRabrams HQ and want free shipping, please reach out at hello@abstractbyrabrams.com with a screenshot of the whole cart so we can verify cart size after any discounts and that there are no 3rd party fulfillment items and I will provide a code for free shipping.
Products that ship from AbstractbyRabrams HQ will have the following shipping profiles:
USPS First Class (No Tracking)
USPS Ground Advantage
USPS Priority Shipping
Please note, we will not offer priority shipping on any free shipping items.
Damages:
If you receive a shipment that is damaged please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the package. Include pictures of the damaged packaging as well as product and we will work to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
My Order Should Be Here By Now, But I Still Don't Have It. What Should I Do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Ask your local post office if they have your package.
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us here with your order number. If the package is returned to AbstractbyRAbrams due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost (if any) as well as the re-delivery cost. For items that have a shipping profile of “Does not ship from AbstractbyRAbrams HQ,” you have 21 days after attempted delivery to reach out to remedy this. After that, there is no guarantee that the item will not have been donated by the 3rd party provider.
AbstractbyRabrams is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for returned items. Store credit, minus any shipping and taxes from the original order, may be issued on request only. Store credit will be issued via a one-time use code to be entered by the customer at checkout (any balance is forfeited if the entire amount is not used during purchase).
If a customer does not provide a method of payment within 30 days to re-ship the returned order, the order is forfeited to AbstractbyRAbrams and no refund will be issued to the customer. Missing and stolen packages are not the responsibility of AbstractbyRabrams. If a package goes missing during shipment, please work with USPS. If you are suspectable to porch pirates, please work on getting a more secure mail delivery location, as AbstractbyRabrams and other small businesses cannot foot the bill if a package is stolen after delivery. We are happy to the provided the address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to further investigate with the shipping carrier directly.
